• PLC Control Panel for Raw Water Pumping Station

  Water sources within water companies, industrial, and mining enterprises are often numerous and dispersed. They commonly encounter the following challenges: pumps require irregular on-off switching, timely detection of water pump failures is lacking, and operators must remain on duty around the clock. These factors contribute to high management costs, particularly in terms of personnel transportation.

  The PLC control panel is capable of controlling various equipment within the raw water system, including deep well pumps, manganese sand filters, disinfection equipment, constant pressure water supply pumps, and more. It detects operating parameters such as water level, flow rate, and water pressure, which are then transmitted to the high-definition touch screen of the control panel. This allows staff to intuitively and clearly view the operation process of the equipment.
