Unitized Curtain Wall Bracket Hook-connection System is the core mechanical connection system between curtain wall units and the building's main structure, specifically developed to achieve safe hoisting, three-dimensional fine adjustment, and long-term load transfer for large prefabricated curtain wall units. The system employs high-strength forged aluminum alloy or stainless steel cast hook components, forming a dynamically adjustable interface with the building's embedded parts through a "floating" fishhook-shaped connection mechanism. Its innovative four-dimensional adjustment mechanism (horizontal X/Y axis, vertical Z axis, and rotational angle) allows units to achieve displacement compensation of up to ±25mm and deflection correction of ±1.5° during installation, effectively accommodating construction tolerances of the main structure and foundation settlement deformations.

The system components are designed through topology optimization and validated via finite element simulation, with a single hook node achieving a tensile load capacity of 45kN and a shear load capacity of 60kN. It is equipped with self-locking anti-release latches and anti-vibration spring devices. All metal parts undergo marine-grade anti-corrosion treatment (complying with ISO 12944 C5-M standards), making it particularly suitable for coastal high-salt-fog or industrial pollution environments.
