Product Description:
Main applications: Used for substrates that are difficult to adhere to: OPP, PET, bottom coating varnish, metal screen printing, PCB white ink, matte varnish, and PET adhesion.
Processes: screen printing, roller coating, spraying, adhesives, etc. Compatible with conventional UV monomers and resins. This product can be directly adjusted with monomers to achieve desired performance and can be used in other formulations to enhance adhesion.
Typical performance characteristics:
1:Excellent yellowing resistance, exceptional adhesion, strong tackiness, and the cured resin is relatively soft.
2:Number of functional groups: 2, curing energy: 300-500 mJ/cm², can be cured with UV/UV-LED.
3:Molecular weight (Mw) = 1500-3000, soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.

Storage and validity period:

3: When stored at room temperature, it remains stable for six months. After use, please tightly seal the container to avoid exposure to light sources and gelation.
