2.Technological process

Raw material---stripping---compounding---absorbent pad fixed position---die cutting punch forming---packaging---heat-seal---batch number print---product.

3.Use of frequency control of motor speed,so that the production speed is easy to modulation;Raw materials tension is controlled by magnetic power clutch.Electronic display tension data,it is very convenient for operation staff to use.

4.In the process of production,equipment will automatically stop when it has no raw materials.

5.It uses Multi-floating roller buffer device,so that the anti-adhesive paper and the tape are steady while towing-stripping-compounding at high speed,reducing the deformation fight wrinkles and the damage to the tape.

6.In the working state it will not stop,it is very convenient to adjustment the correct position of tape,medicine,wrapping paper.

7.Machine drive adopts timing belt wheel drive mode.The equipment is smoothly when it is in high-speed operation and stopped,while eliminating the phenomenon of machine-inch movement and noise.

8.The outer casing of the equipment using stainless steel packaging,easy cleaning and maintenance ,in line with national health standards.
