The mixture of the sand and water are fed from the top through the feeder trough ,moving down in the cylinder body at the action of the gravity . There is an empty water jet plate at the bottom of the barrel, which gradually forms a fluidized bed when the rising water interacts with the falling solid particles . Particles of different particle sizes will fall down or move up at a blocked drop rate at the volume concentration . With the help of electronic pressure sensor, the pressure condition of the sulfide bed layer can be measured and the opening degree of the ore discharge valve can be automatically adjusted to ensure the accurate separation classification as required
