Machine description:
1. The computer spring coiling machine is divided into cam axis and wire feed axis. The pitch, outer diameter and cutting knife are driven by CAM motor. CAM and wire feeding can be operated independently or synchronously, with unlimited wire feeding length and on-line programming. 2. The computer display screen can adjust the speed and modify the program at the same time of production. The production efficiency and output can be displayed on the computer interface. The equipment can stop automatically after reaching the specified output. 3. The spring coiling machine can be applied to the production of compression springs, simple torsion springs, small hook springs, oil seal springs, electronic springs and other precision springs.
