Vacuum Rake Drying Machine ZPG Series 300L to 1800L Working Volume for Pharmaceuticals Food

This machine is a novel horizontal intermittent type vacuum drying equipment. The wet material is conductively evaporated. The scraper stirrer continuously removes the material on the hot surface and forms a circulating flow in the container. After the water evaporates, Vacuum pump out. 
Performance characteristics
This machine uses a large area of sandwich heating, heat transfer surface, high thermal efficiency. 
The machine is set to stir, so that the material in the cylinder to form a continuous cycle of state, to further improve the uniformity of the material heated.

 Note: The amount of water evaporation is related to the characteristics of the material and the hot air inlet and outlet temperatures. When the outlet temperature is 90 o C, the water evaporation curve is shown in the above figure (for selection reference). As the product is continuously updated, the relevant parameters are changed without prior notice.
