How the equipment works:

The equipment consists of an extraction tank, a stirring and concentrating tank, and a liquid collection tank. The raw medicinal materials are put into the hand hole position, and the extraction solvent can be water or ethanol, according to an appropriate ratio. The medicine is heated by steam (the steam pressure is prohibited to exceed 0.2MPa) to achieve the purpose of cooking, and the effective ingredients in the medicine are steamed. Then it is transported by the pump to the concentration tank to concentrate the liquid medicine.

Precautions for equipment operation

a. The steam pressure is prohibited to be too high <0.2Mpa.
b. Make sure that the valve is opened and closed correctly when
    operating the equipment.
c. Pay attention to check all lines, pipelines, and meters before production.
d. Pay attention to whether the pneumatic slag discharge door is locked, and pay attention to the correct opening or closing            sequence of the slag discharge door cylinder.
e. Pay attention to observe whether the filter screen is blocked, and clean it in time to avoid damage to the pump.
