1. Extraction kettle

The extraction kettle is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system and feed cylinder for solids and liquids, temperature is adjustable.

2. Separation kettle

The separation kettle is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system, temperature is adjustable.

3. CO₂ high pressure pump

Flow (three-plunger): 0~400L/h, Adjustable by frequency conversion.

Flow (double-plunger): 1/4—20L/h   mechanical adjustment.

Maximum operating pressure: 40Mpa.

5. Refrigeration system

6. Heat exchange system

The heat exchange system is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system, temperature is adjustable.

7. CO₂ stock tank

8. Liquid level meter

Materials :  0Cr18Ni9.                        Maximum working pressure: 16MPa.

9. Flow meter and cumulative meter

Specification:  Metal tube float type flow meter digital display remote transmitting 40~400L/h.

Digital display unit:  Indicating instant flow and cumulative flow respectively.

10. Temperature control system

Control range: Adjustable from room temperature to 75℃   (water bath).

Dynamic temperature control precision: ±1℃, Double-screen digital display.

11. Safety protection device

Outlet of high pressure pump is equipped with an electronic connecting pressure gauge, with set operating pressure and over-pressure pump trip protection.

Extraction kettle, separation kettle, rectifying column, stock tank and others are equipped with safety valve and over-pressure automatic pressure release protection respectively according to their maximum operating pressures.

12.Purification filter

Materials: 0Cr18Ni9.                                        Specification: 5L/16MPa.

13. Feed cylinder hoisting system

The feed cylinder hoisting system is equipped with an electric block, for loading and unloading of feed cylinder.

14. Pipeline

Valves and pipe fittings are DW14 and DW18 respectively.

Containers, valves, pipe fittings and pipelines which contact with fluid are made from 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The valve rod after heat treatment, is firm and durable.

15. Features of instrument

The chuck ring of extraction kettle can be opened quickly.

Power supply: three-phase and four-line system 380V/50HZ, with total power of 35KW for TOP220-40-48 and normal operation power of 20KW.

This device applies installation in module, with the installation dimensions (length * width * height) of 5.5*5*4.5m. The operating space is reserved additionally.
