3.Processing
Turn‑mill composite machining. Machine OD, external thread, inner bore, side windows and mounting holes. Edge radiusing & full deburring. Strictly control coaxiality and thread tolerance.
4.Accuracy & Requirement
Tolerance ±0.015mm, coaxiality ≤0.02mm, thread class 6H, hole position ≤0.02mm, Ra≤1.6μm. Operating temp‑20℃~+80℃. Control assembly torque, protect thread and OD surface from impact and scratch.
5.Heat Treatment
T6 solution & artificial aging, relieve machining stress, ensure dimensional stability of shaft part.
6.Post‑treatment
Black hard anodizing. Improved wear & corrosion resistance, matte black finish.
7.Quality Control
ISO9001 system. Spectroscopic incoming check; coaxiality & thread inspection; CMM dimension test; visual check for anodizing surface; pre‑shipment cleaning. Industrial Packaging: Individual PE film + thread protective sleeve, EPE foam separation, anti‑static carton. Pallet packing for bulk orders to avoid thread damage.
