1.Application

Two‑piece thin‑sheet aluminum bracket set for module fixing, PCB support, optical component mounting. Equipped with positioning bosses, threaded mounting holes and weight‑reduction cut‑outs, for locating and holding circuit boards, sensors and small assemblies, widely used in inspection equipment and compact automation devices.

2.Material & Performance

6061‑T6 Aluminum Alloy Tensile≥310MPa, Yield≥276MPa. Thin‑sheet design balances light weight and stiffness. Good machinability. RoHS & REACH compliant.

3.Processing

3‑axis CNC milled from solid aluminum stock. Profile, cut‑outs, positioning bosses, counter‑sink and threaded holes are machined. Edge radiusing & full deburring. Special fixturing controls thin‑part warpage.

4.Accuracy & Requirement

Tolerance ±0.015mm, flatness ≤0.02mm, hole position tolerance ≤0.02mm, Ra≤1.6μm. Operating temp ‑20℃~+80℃. Avoid heavy bending. Control screw torque to prevent sheet deformation, protect anodized surface.

5.Heat Treatment

T6 solution & artificial aging, relieves machining stress, minimizes thin‑sheet warping, improves rigidity.

6.Post‑treatment

Natural silver anodizing. Improved corrosion resistance and surface insulation, metallic finish. Black anodizing optional.

7.Quality Control

ISO9001 system. Spectroscopic incoming inspection; warpage monitoring during production; final dimensional & visual check; chip cleaning before shipment. Industrial Packaging: PE film per piece, EPE foam separators, anti‑static carton. Pallet packing for mass orders to prevent compression bending.
