The compressor condensing unit is an equipment device composed of one or more refrigeration compressors, condensers, and necessary auxiliary equipment (excluding evaporators and throttling devices).

The auxiliary equipment that constitutes the device includes gas-liquid separator, oil separator, filter, sight glass, valve, shock absorber, etc. Compression condensing units are a type of refrigeration equipment that can be divided into water-cooled, evaporative cooled, and air-cooled according to their cooling methods. The water-cooled unit can only be used in conjunction with a water pump and cooling tower.

According to the structural types of refrigeration compressors, they are divided into open type, semi closed type, and fully closed type units, as well as piston type units, screw type units, etc.

Compressor condensing unit is integrated box type which can be put outdoor directly.

Installation

The compression condensing unit should be installed after the concrete reaches the curing strength, the surface is flat, and the position, size, elevation, reserved holes and embedded parts meet the design requirements. When hoisting the equipment, care should be taken to stabilize the equipment with pads to prevent deformation of the equipment; during the lifting process, the main load-bearing point should be higher than the center of gravity of the equipment to prevent tilting during hoisting; the base of the unit should also be prevented from twisting and deforming.

The turning point of the sling and the contact part of the equipment should be cushioned with soft materials to avoid damage to equipment, pipelines, instruments, accessories, etc. and scratch the paint. After the equipment is in place, it should be leveled and aligned. The allowable deviation of the vertical and horizontal levelness of the fuselage should not be greater than 0.2‰, and the measurement position should be on the exposed part of the vertical shaft or other references; for the compression condensing unit with the lower common base, an appropriate position can be selected as the reference surface in the main engine structure.
