The high speed water based ink printing slotting machine is devised and manufactured in line with high requirements and reliability. Owing to the user-friendly operation design, this product can easily carry out functions of setting, modification, performing, replacing and memorizing in a very short of time. Meanwhile, any change can be displayed with digits accurately.
All the driving rollers use the high quality steel with the surface being plated with hard chrome, and grinded. The transmission gear employs premium quality alloy steel, as well as goes through heat treatment and grinding. The main transmission shaft employs the joint without key to reduce connecting gap, thus guaranteeing registering accuracy. The automatic engine oil balancing device is capable of keeping balanced the oil level of each section.
Feeding Unit
1.Cardboard dimension adopts guide screw adjuster, easily and quickly;
2.Adjustable worktable, suitable for every kind paperboard;
3.Feeding paper adopts rubber seamless leather belt, big frictional force; long working life; low noise; easy maintain;
4.Double tension control device, easily and reliable;
5.Transmission roller adopts engraved roller, increase the frictional force with the belt, guarantee the feeding smoothly
Printing Unit
1.All the axle and roller was used the high grade steal , computer dynamic balance; eliminate the centrifugal effect, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
2.Printing phases was adopted the planetary gear structure, the electric digit 360 °adjustment , show the digit(stop, running can adjustment).
3.Printing roller landscape orientation was adopted the touch screen control, and electric digit adjustment, the adjustment scope is 20mm.
Die-cutting part:
1. Axial position cycling moving automatically
2. Choose excellent durable rubber imported from Taiwan
3. With repair-auto rubber device
4. Track and compensate after lower and upper roller repair
5. Slotting slitting knife is special designed and installed on special fixtures , four blade can sync adjust box height . Load and install is convenient and it can replace rotary slotting machine . Blade incision is smooth
6.Die-cutting roller lift pneumatically and make rubber good when idling and phase adjustment to save cost
7. Rubber shaft axial moving 40mm automatically . Creasing not repeat and improve rubber using life
8. Rubber shaft with repair device auto and can repair 3-4 times
