Operational Process

Following the cutting process, bricks are transferred to the grouping belt where transverse grouping is achieved through coordinated operation with the cutting machine. The gripper assembly descends to securely grasp bricks, then separates during the lifting phase. The moving drive system transports both grippers and the moving vehicle to position above the kiln car. The gripper lowers to place bricks layer by layer, rotating 90 degrees between each stacking operation to create a cross-layout brick matrix. After completion, the gripper returns to its original position for the next stacking cycle.
