MAX3232ECUE+T is a 3V to 5.5V multichannel RS-232 line driver/receiver with ±15kV IEC ESD protection. Features low 300µA supply current, operates up to 250kbit/s, and includes two drivers and two receivers. Ideal for battery-powered systems, PDAs, and handheld equipment.
