MC14070BDR2G CMOS Quad Exclusive OR NOR Gate IC 3V to 18V Supply
The MC14070BDR2G is a CMOS SSI quad exclusive OR/NOR gate IC with a supply range of 3V to 18V. Features buffered outputs, double diode protection, and low power dissipation. Ideal for noise-immune logic applications. Pb-free and available in SOIC-14 package.
The MC14070B quad exclusive OR gate and the MC14077B quad exclusive NOR gate are constructed with MOS P−channel and N−channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. These complementary MOS logic gates find primary use where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired.
