Product Description

The high pressure pumps have two kinds of the usage,one is for the high pressure cleaning purpose,and another is for pressure testing purpose.Hydro Test Pump is an equipment which is used to test the pressure of objects,the machine with high pressure water jet by means of a power device. It can jet high pressure water jet into the objects like the pipes,valves ,let the objects full of high pressure water jet.to see if the objects water leakage or not when the hydro test pump reach a pressure datas.this pump install a stop checking valve,ti can stop the high pressure water jet comes back into the pump.so the pressure can show on the pressure gauge.the pressure test purpose can reach.

The pressure test pump can be driven by the electric motor,petrol engine,diesel engine.due to some places have no electricity,so most of customers like the diesel/petrol engine drive.

The hydrostatic pressure testing pump is a diagnostic technique to perform hydrostatic tube test,hydrostatic pipelines test,pressure hoses pressure testing,cylinder hydro test,boilers pressure test,valves pressure test etc,for leaking or defects.

The hydro test pump equipment is used to check the component to be tested,is being filled up with an incompressible liquid,such as water or oil,with the help of a positive displacement appropriate safety relief and controls,the pressure of the test componet is slowly increased to a predetermined time.Visual inspection is subsequently performed to determine wheter any leakage exists or the pressure reduces from the set pressure point.

Fundamental structure and working principle:

The machine is mainly composed by high pressure reciprocating pump, power plant and cleaning accessories.

1, high pressure reciprocating pump:

This kind of pump , as a horizontal triplex plunger pump , is driven by electric motor ,which can be divided into two parts: power end and fluid end.

• Power end

This part consist of belt pulley crankshaft, and connecting rod. Through the turning of belt and belt pulley, the electric motor decreases speed and drives the crankshaft to rotate. Then crank link mechanism transforms the rotation motion into straight reciprocating motion.

(2) Fluid end (picture 2)

This part consists of plunger suit, high-pressure cylinder, and pump body, inlet and outlet water valve. In high-pressure cylinder fixed on the case body, the connecting rod drives plunger to do reciprocating motion, which makes the internal volume of cylinder changed periodically. When in suction stroke, the internal capacity of the cylinder body swells, the water outlet valve closes and forms partial vacuum. Together with the effect of atmospheric pressure, actuating medium is forced into high-pressure cylinder from inlet valve. While in discharge stroke, the inlet water valve closes. Plunger piston squeezes the actuating medium from outlet water valve into pump body, and into pressure regulating valve, then through the high-pressure tube arrivals spray gun by whose resistance the high pressure water forms.
