ESP32-P4NRW32X features a high-performance dual-core RISC-V + low-power single-core RISC-V heterogeneous architecture, with built-in hardware multimedia accelerators, AI/DSP extension instructions and high-speed interfaces. Its 32MB stacked PSRAM (32X) is its defining feature, capable of supporting demanding applications such as ultra-high-definition GUIs, multi-channel video buffering, large-model edge inference and complex protocol stacks. It has no built-in Flash memory and requires external expansion.
