This equipment is suitable for the lamination process of lithium ion battery electrodes. The equipment adopts a tension roller structure design, automatic constant tension control of the coil isolation film, and the motor drives the left and right movement to realize the Z-type lamination. In this way, the entire cell’s stacking assembling is realized. the separator feeding adopts constant tension, and there is the automatic correction function of the electrode during the feeding process, and the feeding is neat and consistent; it has the characteristics of high stacking efficiency and high precision. Different electrode sizes can be realized by adjusting the fixture, which is suitable for R&D and sample production of laminated lithium-ion batteries.
