Kc493 explosion-proof diesel engine, if need, should be repaired as follows: grind (replace) the valve and adjust the valve clearance. Adjust the fuel supply advance angle, adjust the fuel injection pressure, and replace the fuel injection nozzle and plunger if necessary. Check the cylinder pressure and replace the piston ring if necessary. Adjust the clearance of main bearing (connecting rod bearing) and replace the bearing if necessary
