Working Principle of Plastic Loading Dryer

The plastic resin is loaded by the vacuum loader to the drying hopper, after drying, the dried resin is loaded to the feeding port of the molding machine. It's suitable for normal plastic resin drying, not suitable for hygroscopic resin drying. For drying of hygroscopic plastic granules, low dew-point dehumidifying dryers are needed for drying.

Application Case of Plastic Loading Dryer

In the above case, a vacuum loader OAL-1S-122 feed plastic materials (recycled and virgin resin) through a proportional valve to the hopper dryer, and then load the dried material from the hopper dryer to the feed port of injection molding machine. A microswitch and a photo-sensor hopper receiver is equipped with the auto loader. A dust collect is added to reduce the dust to the filter of the machine.

Note of Maintenance

1) Turn off the main switch and control switch and unplug the cord from power supply before service and maintenance.

2) Be sure not to modify electrical wiring or reassemble the electrical components inside of the control box.

3) Always refer to the electrical diagram of this manual to check and maintain the electrical wiring problems.

4) Service and maintenance of the electrical parts should only be carried out by qualified electricians.
