90,000TPY continuous hot dip galvanizing line

This line is a continuous hot dip galvanizing & galvalume combined line for cold rolled strip with the function and main

equipments of degreasing, annealing, galvanizing (GI+GL), skin pass mill (optional), tension leveler, passivation/antifinger

print, electrostatic oiling (optional) and so on. It has the capacity of 90,000 tons per year; the raw material is cold rolled

hard strip SPCC; the spec is 600-1250mm×0.10-0.80mm. The designed processing speed is Max. 140mpm. Quality of the products accord

with the standard of JIS G 3302; Total length of the line is about 128m.

1. The line is designed to be able to process cold rolled strip with annual capacity of 90,000 tons (based on working time 7200

hours/year).

2. The spec is 600-1250mm×0.230-0.80mm. The designed processing speed is Max. 140mpm.
