This production line is galvanizing line of cold rolled steel. It mainly includes uncoiling section, welding platform, entry looper, annealing furnace, zinc pot, air knife system, cooling system after galvanizing, tension leveler, passivation section, exit looper, reserve postion for electrostatic oiler and some other equipments. The production line's product position is architectural material, roof, panels, etc. Its function inlcudes annealing, galvanizing, finishing, straighterning, pre-painting oil. etc.

For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly applied into the industries of home appliance, decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc. Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate has large demands on galvanized plate.

The strip goes into the annealing furnace for annealing reduction. After coming out of the annealing furnace, steel strip will be hot dip galvanized in the zinc pot under airtight condition, the coating thickness is controlled by air knife, and the galvanized strip steel will be obtained by cooling process. The surface quality and straightness of the coating are improved by tension leveler. Post-treatment includes passivating treatment. A position for electrostatic oiler is reserved to meet subsequent production line upgrade.
