Q: Can you do OEM/ODM service?

A: 5pcs for stocked products (with REL EA brand); 1000pcs for customized product.
We can make lower number for your first time trial. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our service.

Q: Can I get sample?
A: Absolutely, We usually provide an existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q: How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
Q: When to actualize bulk orders after sample confirmation?
A:25 days after the customer's payment, specific time to be negotiated. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
A:We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
