STYB series mine flameproof permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor (referred to as permanent magnet electric drum) is suitable for the underground environment of coal mines with methane explosive mixture and coal dust. The motor adopts Exd IMb explosion-proof grade, which is a special low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor for underground mining belt conveyors. ; The permanent magnet synchronous electric drum directly drives the belt without any intermediate transmission link, which improves the reliability of the system, shortens the transmission chain, improves the efficiency and reduces the failure rate.
Applicable environment
● Ambient temperature -5℃～40℃;
● The altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the atmospheric pressure of the mine is (0.08～0.11) Mpa;
● The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95% (at 25℃);
● In environments where there is a danger of gas and coal dust explosions;
● The pollution level is 3;

● Places without significant vibration and shock.

2. Remove the original "asynchronous motor + reducer + hydraulic coupling + switch, etc." and replace it with "permanent magnet synchronous motor + frequency converter".
3. Remove the original "belt main drum + reducer + hydraulic coupling + asynchronous motor + switch, etc." and replace it with "permanent magnet synchronous electric drum + frequency converter".

Take DSJ100/63/2×75 belt conveyor as an example:
1. Within 500 meters, it is transported on a level road, using a permanent magnet variable frequency electric drum, which is driven by a single machine.
500-1000 meters, level road transportation, use permanent magnet variable frequency electric drum, double drive.
2. For transportation in inclined roadway, the direct-connected permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected, and the single-machine or double-machine drive mode is adopted.
