Basket Payoff for Electric Wire Extrusion Line:

Pay-off rack height: about 2200mm, width about: 2200mm
Wheel diameter: 300mm, made of 45# steel and then hard-plated and polished, long-term wear-resistant
Application in the extrusion line or rewinding line for the wire or cable payoff;
Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
Insulation line can be equipment with a co-extruder for color skinning and stripping purposes
Can competed with THHN insulation lines by including a tandem extruder for PA(Nylon) outer Jacketing.
