Line configurations for different production speeds and spaces according to your requirements
Line can be equipment with tandem extruder for sheathing process
Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, HFFR and etc.
The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless, strip color and skin color can be adopt.
Line can connect with portal takeup and payoff,and belt type caterpillar
Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
