Summary The CIP cleaning system is composed of alkali tanks, acid tanks, hot water tanks, clear water tanks, back water tanks, disinfecting water tanks, concentrated acid tanks, concentrated alkali tanks, heat exchangers, CIP processing pumps, as well as relevant pipes, valves and electric control system. These tanks can be allocated according to technological requirements of customers. Generally, the cleaning requirements can be met with only three tanks (alkali tanks, acid
