Technical process:
This production line includes front turnover feeding roller, end spot welding machine, horizontal welding machine and roller conveyer, which adopts the horizontal position welding form of the three plates of h-beam. Before welded in the main machine , only need alignment spot welding at the end of workpiece (don't need the whole workpiece assembly tack welding), two seams will be welded once. It adopts single - arc double-wire (filament) welding process, the production efficiency can reach more than 4 times of common welding equipment. The production efficiency is higher if dual main machines and automatic flipping system configuration is adopted.
