Machine operational priciple :
Material nylon coated wire go straight by adjust device and be twist in the roll bar,the roll bar we also could call spiral forming bar,when spiral formed,worker put notebook in left feeder device,finish feeder action,notebook will be deliver to spiral bind work area,then knife cut,notebook drop down and deliver by conveyor.

Hole pitch teetch size same with notebook hole pitch ,if use 6.35 hole pitch ,then you need used 6.35 hole pitch teetch bar
