1. Double servo motor adopt Schneider brand from France, high precision , less mechanical drive part, can decrease failure rate.
2. Touch screen adopt WEINVIEW brand, It is convenient and efficient to change the parameter,such as distance of staple,number of staple, type of staple and back shield.
3. The whole control system adopt OMRON PLC control system.
4. Back motor-driven baffle adopt steeper motor drive, accurate size and easier to change the size.
5. All the contactors in control cabinet adopt SIEMEN brand.
6. Bottom die and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel.(wearproof)
7. The whole nail head adopt special steel and CNC precision machining.
8. It can be used in single staple, double staples and strengthen staples(strengthen staples mean two ends are double staples and center is single staple) completed at one time.
9. It only takes one minute to change size of carton box and distance of staple, easy to operate and save time greatly.
10. It can stitch with or without cover carton box.( Customer should explain if need to stitch no cover carton box.)
11. Front end feeding department counting automatically, equipped with photoelectric sensor in the feeding table, which will be rise when feeding paper.
12. Back part has function of automatic counting, finished product will be sent to end of machinery as setting, convenient for banding.
