Model AD series sealed angle encoder adopts the working principle of optical scanning and two types of measuring
methods:incremental and absolute.The high-quality signal output of the photoelectric scanning method and a variety of
photolithography processes make the engraved lines uniform, the edges clearer and the precision higher.
In the incremental measurement method, the equidistant grating specifications are: 36000,18000,9000 output pulses per revolution.The grating also contains a reference channel of single or multiple reference points per revolution (distance-coded 20, 36, or 72 reference points). The measurement determines the absolute position in terms of the number of incremental signals relative to the reference points.
