All action processes are automatically and quickly executed, realizing the full automation of the entire stirrup production process; the traction adopts servo control, and its speed can be quickly adjusted according to actual production needs; the bending drive system uses a high-power servo closed-loop system to ensure bending accuracy and bending speed. A convenient, simple, efficient and fast intelligent human-computer interaction system has been formed. - Multi-wheel straightening mechanism
The number of pre-adjusting wheels and straightening wheels is 1/3 more than that of tradional bending machines, with better straightening effect, lower load on a single straightening wheel, and longer service life of the straightening wheel. -
