The servo motor is used to drive cutting and punching operation, which guarantees the accuracy of the operation. The cutter and shearing blade of the automatic core cutting machine adopts carbide cutter knife with HRC88 ~ 90 hardness, regrinding after more than 5 million cuts. With PLC control , it is very easy to operate the automatic core cutting machine through a touch screen.
