This collator is an auxiliary packing machine for the packing of the nails. In the past, manual packing & sorting were a normal way adopted by most nail makers, but it has many disadvantages: slower speed, more labor and the workers were often stabbed by the disordered nails. Now the collator provides parallel alignment of wire nails and regular filling, which reduces the laboring intensity and largely increases the productivity. Accordingly, it reduces the volume of package too, so does the cost of package. At present, this machine is deeply popular with the small or medium-sized nail producers.
