This advanced poultry feeding system utilizes hopper trolley feeding with hot galvanized or zinc aluminum steel construction, designed specifically for H-type battery chicken cage configurations. The system ensures hygienic, homogeneous, and equal feed distribution throughout the poultry house.
Feed is automatically distributed from silos to feed carts via spiral augers operating within 90-150mm diameter pipes. The feed carts move along rails positioned atop the battery cages using steel cables and 0.75-1.50 HP electric gear motors, with speed determined by chicken house length and hopper requirements.
