Our automatic energy-saving multi-effect evaporator (MEE) is specifically designed for milk concentration processes, delivering maximum steam economy through advanced vapor recycling technology.
System Overview
Multiple-effect evaporators maximize steam efficiency by utilizing vapor generated from one effect to drive subsequent effects. This continuous feed system progressively reduces fluid concentration through each stage, achieving optimal evaporation performance.
System Components
Complete system includes first, second, and third effect separators, evaporators, pre-heaters, condenser, vacuum pump, feeding pump, circulation pump, discharge pump, condensed water pump, and complete pipeline fittings. Equipped with CIP spraying cleaning balls, vacuum gauges, thermometers, and pressure gauges for comprehensive monitoring.
