Operating Process
- Feed & Preheat: Effluent is precisely metered and preheated using clean condensate to conserve live steam
- Multi-Effect Cascade: Live steam heats the first effect; generated vapor sequentially heats subsequent effects at progressively lower pressures
- Separation: Vapor-liquid separators ensure clean condensate recovery and maintain stable circulation
- Concentration Control: Inline density/conductivity monitoring triggers discharge or recycling to achieve target TDS/solids levels
- Utilities & Emissions: Final vapor condenses in surface condenser while vacuum system removes non-condensables
