Material Processing Flow
  • Raw material enters primary preheater via feed pump and electromagnetic flowmeter
  • First effect concentrated liquid transfers to second effect heater for secondary evaporation

  • Real-time concentration monitoring with automatic discharge to finished product tank
Steam and Condensate Process
Raw steam enters primary effect heater, with secondary steam cascading to subsequent effects. Third effect steam enters end condenser for cooling, while condensate water is efficiently recycled or discharged with zero pollution.
