Product Description
This automatic grasping type box filling machine is engineered for high-speed secondary packaging operations. It efficiently handles circular and square glass and plastic bottles, making it ideal for automated production lines in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and pesticide industries.
Working Process
- Bottle Input: Single channel automatic bottle feeding system
- Bottle Push: Cylinder mechanism pushes bottles into organized rows
- Grab Bottle: Automated cylinder dives to securely grasp bottles
- Bottle Lifting: Lifts bottles to the top of grab station
- Translation: Servo-driven translation to packing station
- Bottle Release: Dives to place bottles, completing automatic carton packing
