Machine application:

The horizontal wrapping machine is specialized for wrapping horizontal wood panels, wood door, batten board and other horizontal objects.  

Machine installation basic operation:

• The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m².
• Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished.
• The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.
• The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

Machine installation main features:

1. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
2. PLC programmable control and HMI operation.
3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
4. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
5. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
6. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
7. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
8. Wrapping position reset.
9. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
