Large (Gallon Plus) Screen Printer For Flats Or Cylinders Digital Screen Printing Automatic Machine

The SL1788 is a large diameter screen printer that can print up to 12 colors. With up to 12 colors, this printer can print both large cylinders up to 6 inches in diameter and "F" flat gallon containers.
A special extra-large printer can also be ordered to print cylinders up to 7 inches in diameter.
The system usually does not have an automatic bottle feeder. Bottles are manually fed into a large, heavy-duty infeed conveyor and then automatically removed by a heavy-duty outfeed conveyor at right angles to the machine.
Speeds of up to 3,000 bottles per hour are possible, depending on the operator's bottle feeding capabilities.
By linking two machines together with a connecting conveyor, it is also possible to "Z" combine for up to 8-color printing.
