10 LPH Single Pass RO System Overview

This industrial-grade 10 liters per hour single pass reverse osmosis system delivers high-purity water for laboratory and manufacturing applications through a comprehensive multi-stage purification process.

System Process Flow

Raw Water → Booster Pump → Sand/Multi-medium Filter → Active Carbon Filter → Softener (Optional) → Security/Micron Filter → High Pressure Pump → Reverse Osmosis System → UV Sterilizer/Ozone Generator → Pure Water Storage Tank

Three-Stage Purification Technology

1. Source Water Pretreatment System

PP Fiber Filter: Removes sediment and suspended particles
AC Filter: Eliminates chlorine, organic compounds, and odors
Softener: Optional ion exchange to reduce water hardness

2. Reverse Osmosis System

Advanced membrane technology achieving >99% removal rate for high valent ions, colloids, bacteria, and organic matter with molecular weight greater than 300 Dalton.

3. Ultra Pure System

Features ion exchange resin technology using H+ exchange for cations and OH- exchange for anions, combined with Dow UPW-450 nuclear grade resin to achieve ultra-pure water with resistance up to 18.25 MΩ.cm.
