LKJI SUPER HIGH PRESSURE QUICK COUPLING

Applicable for the connectors between equipment of hydraulic pipe in superhigh pressure separate type.

1. Performance
Pressure resistance grade: 70MPa (design of ultra-high pressure separated hydraulic system)
Connection type: external thread locking structure (such as M16×1.5, NPT3/8), which supports opening and closing self-sealing function.
Applicable media: ultra-high pressure fluids such as hydraulic oil and grease.
2. Material and technology
Main material: brass (corrosion resistance) or carbon steel (high strength)
Sealing scheme: metal hard seal+rubber auxiliary sealing ring (double leakage prevention)
3. Typical application scenarios
Quick docking of separated hydraulic pipelines (such as maintaining system tightness during disassembly and maintenance/equipment transportation)
Industrial equipment: hydraulic jack, ultra-high pressure oil pump, hydraulic tongs, mold equipment, etc.
4. Installation and compatibility
Adapting thread standards: metric system (M series), American system (NPT) and British system (BSP).
Brand compatibility: it can replace the same type of EHV connectors of Parker, FASTER, AEROQUIP and other brands.
