Main functions

It is applicable to products in small and medium carton or bottle, etc. and is used for protecting products (avoid damp and dust and protect outer surface) and facilitating logistics transportation. It is mainly applicable to such industries as drugs, chemicals for daily use, F & B, etc.

3. The carton conveyer belt is designed with four standing fingers in order to ensure orderly and neat appearance of carton.

How It Works

Container loader arranges and stacks products in small or medium package or bottle inside feeding system according to customer’s specification requirements (quantity of boxes or medium packages or bottles in each carton, mode of arrangement and number of layers *rows).

All well-arranged product groups will be sent to carton steadily after arrangement and sorting. Cartons containing products passing customer’s specification requirements will be conveyed to sealing unit for tape sealing. Finally, materials will be discharged to ensure carton packing stability
