The SY-2000 is designed for continuous online analysis of multiple gas components in industrial process streams. It replaces manual sampling with automated measurement, improving monitoring efficiency and measurement consistency. Depending on the number of measuring points, the system can be configured from one-to-one up to one-to-six sampling, with matching sample-conditioning systems for different process conditions.
- Selected UV channels resist interference from CO, CO2, CH4, hydrocarbons, and H2O in the sample stream.
- High-accuracy constant-temperature control reduces the effect of ambient temperature on measurement.
- Isolated 4–20 mA current output and eight relay outputs reduce external electrical interference and simplify integration.
