The high-chlorine COD digester follows the national standard: determination of chemical oxygen demand in high-chlorine wastewater chlorine correction method. The chemical solution preparation, operation and COD calculation of the instrument follow HJ/T70-2001. It is applicable to the determination of COD in high-chlorine wastewater with chloride ion content less than 20000 mg/L.
- Imported microcrystalline panel is adopted, which can withstand high temperature of 700 ℃, with uniform heating, fast rising/falling speed, smooth surface and easy cleaning and maintenance.
- New type of high temperature resistant ceramic fiber heating plate, uniform heat receiving/conducting, less heat loss.
- The glass burr return pipe and cooling system have good digestion return effect to ensure the parallelism and accuracy of digestion results.
- Digital display of microcrystalline panel temperature, digital display of digestion time: temperature and timing can be set at any time.
- After digestion, the equipment will automatically stop heating, and the fan will continue to work for 120 minutes to assist sample cooling, and unattended operation is allowed.
It is suitable for the determination of COD in wastewater from oil fields, coastal refineries, oil depots, chlor-alkali plants, wastewater deep sea discharge, etc.
