Gold Gravity Separation Process Introduction
Generally , that includes grinding , screening , des-liming and grading , grinding and screening are processes to grind the pulp with gold and screen the gross gravel which without gold , the main equipment are round screener and vibrate screener etc .
Zhengzhou Hengyang use desling as process to wash away the fine pulp that will influence the grinding , the main equipment include different specification of des-liming hoppers , to separate gulch-gold , The separation of gold is usually a combination of several gravity equipment , like chute, jigger , pulsating chute , spiral classifier , shaking table , centrifugal separator and cone separator etc .

Many experiences show that : de-ironing separator + jigger + shaking table + concentrate box with inclined tube , this integration system has the high recovery , stable operation , jigger install normally between ball mill and classifier as rough separation equipment , ball mill spigot transport to jigger , the heavy mineral separated transport to shaking table for re-screen , the light mineral auto flow to classifier .
