Warranty

Warranty: 1 year.

1) During warranty, the machine parts(except consumable parts, like needle, hook, looper, etc) can

be replaced for free.

2) Computer can be sent back to repair. Under warranty, if computer broken, it can be replaced for

free, but first need to send computer back for checking.

3) Consumable parts is not under warranty. We provide additional consumable parts with machine

for about one year to use. Pls refer to packing list.

4) Offer life-time after service. Any time if machine has problem, customer can tell us problem with

photos and small video. We will help to solve problem by online guide.

If problem very serious, we can send technician to customer's place as request. Customer need to

bear visa cost, round trip flight tickets, food and board, and technician labor cost USD100/day.
