Process: Load to the rated weight, close the tank mouth, and sterilize by heating and boosting. After the temperature in the tank reaches 130-140 degrees (0.3Mpa or adjusted according to the product index), keep the pressure for 20-30 minutes, and then enter the pressure relief stage. After venting to normal pressure, low temperature vacuum drying (80 degree drying) is carried out for 3-4 hours, and the moisture content of the material is reduced to 10-12%. The whole process of feeding, cooking, drying, and discharging is equipped with a steam recovery machine, and the recovered water is directly injected into the boiler, which plays a role in energy saving and consumption reduction.
